Job Title: Aftersales Manager (Automotive/EV Focus)

Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Aftersales Manager to spearhead our post-sales operations. As the primary lead for our automotive service and parts department, you will ensure our customers receive top-tier support throughout their ownership journey. The ideal candidate will blend technical expertise in Electric Vehicles (EVs) with strong administrative skills in insurance and procurement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Insurance Management: Lead the coordination and processing of vehicle insurance claims; act as the primary liaison between the company, insurance providers, and customers to ensure seamless settlements.
  • Parts Procurement & Inventory: Manage the sourcing and purchasing of high-quality automotive parts; maintain optimal inventory levels and build strong relationships with suppliers to ensure cost-efficiency.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide expert guidance on vehicle maintenance and repairs, with a specific focus on the unique diagnostic and service requirements of Electric and Hybrid Vehicles (EVs).
  • Customer Retention: Develop and implement aftersales programs and service standards to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Team Supervision: Oversee service technicians and administrative staff, ensuring all safety protocols and quality standards are met.


Qualifications

  • Industry Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in a supervisory or management role within Aftersales or Service Operations.
  • EV Knowledge: Understanding of Electric and Hybrid Vehicles technology, battery systems, and specialized EV maintenance is highly required.
  • Technical Skills: Proven experience in handling automotive insurance claims and procurement/buying of automotive spare parts.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Licenses: A valid Driver’s License is a significant advantage.
  • Soft Skills: Strong negotiation skills, excellent command of English and Filipino, and a customer-centric mindset.
