  • Oversee daily operations of the workshop to ensure efficient workflow and quality service.
  • Manage a team of technicians, providing training and guidance to enhance skills and performance.
  • Implement maintenance schedules and protocols to ensure optimal vehicle performance and safety.
  • Conduct regular inspections and diagnostics to identify issues and recommend necessary repairs.
  • Maintain inventory levels for parts and supplies, coordinating with suppliers as needed.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in vehicle and heavy equipment maintenance, with at least 3 years in a relevant managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in diesel engines, heavy trucks, forklifts and plant equipment.
  • Familiar with hybrid systems, refrigeration & air conditioning and solar-integrated machinery.
  • Computer literacy, proficiency in workshop management systems and MS Office reporting tools.
  • Valid driver’s license; physically fit and capable of field-based supervision.
