Workshop Staff leads hands-on demonstrations, workshops, and technical support for electronics and 3D printer products in a retail and mall environment. This role combines customer engagement, product expertise, and operational support to ensure an excellent customer experience and smooth workshop operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct product demonstrations and hands-on workshops for customers, highlighting features and usage of electronics and 3D printers.
• Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and assistance to customers during in-store demos and workshops.
• Assemble, set up, and maintain electronics and 3D printer products for display and workshop use.
• Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and workshop materials.
• Prepare workshop materials and equipment for events, training, or in-store demonstrations.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and organization of the workshop and demo area.
• Collaborate with supervisors and store staff to support retail operations.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or any Engineering-related field is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electronics, 3D printers, or other technical products.
• Background or basic skills in teaching, with the ability to explain technical concepts simply.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to conduct demonstrations and assist customers effectively.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain workshop safety and inventory.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail and workshop environment.
• Willingness to work at Ayala Malls Manila Bay with flexible schedules.
