ESS Bundy Plotting (All Brands)
- Plotting and updating ESS Bundy schedules of both Account Leads (ALs) and Live Hosts. This ensures accurate attendance tracking and faster documentation for shift verification and HR audits.
Daily Plotting of Absences
- Track and plot daily absences across all brands and make necessary coverage adjustments.
- Ensures all schedule changes are aligned
- Ensures that each brand meets the minimum required livestream hours daily.
Content Time Plotting
- Handle the daily plotting of content time per brand.
- All updates are aligned with the Creative Team to ensure the content time of hosts' schedules matches campaign deliverables.
Inventory of TSP Live Samples
- Receiving and conducting the initial inventory of all incoming TSP live samples.
- After inventory is completed, you will formally turn over the items to the assigned ALs for brand usage and monitoring.
- Sending the BW (BI-Weekly) report to HR, summarizing the received live samples via Email
