We are looking for a Workforce Management (WFM) Capacity Planner to support forecasting, capacity planning, and workforce optimization to ensure operational efficiency and service level achievement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain long-term and short-term capacity plans based on business demand
• Analyze staffing requirements and identify gaps versus operational forecasts
• Collaborate with Operations, Scheduling, and Reporting teams to ensure optimal resource allocation
• Monitor headcount utilization and recommend adjustments to meet service levels
• Prepare capacity reports, dashboards, and insights for leadership review
• Support workforce planning strategies aligned with business growth and seasonal trends

Qualifications:

• At least 2nd year college completed (no back subject)
• Minimum 2–3 years experience in people management
• At least 2 years solid experience in BPO Capacity Planning / Workforce Management
• Strong analytical and forecasting skills
• Proficient in Excel and reporting tools
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
