Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: at least 2 years college completed (no back subjects)
  • Experience Level: 2–3 years of people management and at least 2 years in BPO capacity planning
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
  • Working Conditions: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
