- Experienced in RF Optimization:
- Skilled in ZTE systems for Globe & DITO networks
- Expertise in Optimization & Alarm Analysis
- Proficient in Drive Test & Analysis Tools:
- TEMS Investigation
- GENEX Probe
- Nemo Outdoor
- Nemo Analyzer
- Experienced with RNO & NOC Tools:
- Huawei M2000 / PRS
- GENEX Nastar
- TEMS Discovery
- FortiClient
- UME and related tools
- Strong knowledge in:
- Network Architecture
- KPI Management
- Cluster Optimization
Responsibilities
- Monitor and optimize wireless network performance and KPIs
- Analyze drive test data and identify network improvement areas
- Perform RF optimization and alarm analysis for network quality enhancement
- Conduct troubleshooting for network issues affecting coverage and performance
- Use Drive Test & Analysis tools such as TEMS, GENEX, and Nemo
- Monitor and manage network performance using RNO & NOC tools
- Support cluster optimization activities for Globe and DITO networks
- Coordinate with technical teams to improve signal quality and user experience
- Prepare technical reports, analysis, and optimization recommendations
- Ensure network performance meets operational and customer standards
