• Proficiency in using network performance monitoring tools and software to analyze and troubleshoot network issues.
• Expertise in technologies such as 4G, 5G, Wi-Fi, and RF planning.
• Have a personal laptop

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyzing network performance data, identifying areas of improvement, and implementing optimization strategies to enhance wireless network performance.
• Conducting site surveys, evaluating signal strength and coverage, and proposing solutions to address network coverage gaps or signal interference.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and optimize network parameters, including antenna configurations, handoff algorithms, and power settings.
• Monitoring and troubleshooting network issues, analyzing network traffic patterns, and recommending adjustments to improve network reliability and quality of service.
