Description

  • Design and implement welding processes and procedures for various projects.
  • Conduct quality control inspections to ensure weld integrity and compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers to identify project requirements and develop timelines.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to team members on welding techniques and best practices.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot welding issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in welding engineering or a related area.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Mechanical Engineering principles, welding techniques, and certifications such as CSWIP and NDT.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage welding projects from conception to execution.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Working Conditions: Ability to work in various environments, including fabrication shops and field locations.
