1. General requirements

·       The welder must hold a validMAG 135 certification (ISO 9606-1).·       Perform work in accordance withmanufacturing instructions and welding procedure specifications (WPS).·       Accurate, independent, andresponsible work.·       Keep the work area clean andtidy.

2. Professional requirements

·       Confident application of theMAG (135) process.·       Ability to produce varioustypes of welds (fillet weld, butt weld).·       Welding in various positions(PA, PB, PF).·       Setting appropriate weldingparameters (current, voltage, wire feed rate).

3. Material Knowledge

·       Knowledge of and welding ofstructural steels.·       Types of wires: e.g. SG2.·       Knowledge of gases: CO₂, Ar+CO₂mixture.·       Preparation of base material(cleaning, alignment).

4. Quality requirements

·       Avoiding welding defects(porosity, lack of fusion, cracks).·       Visual inspection of welds.·       Correcting defects according tospecifications.·       Adherence to dimensionalaccuracy.

5. Reading Drawings

·       Independent interpretation oftechnical drawings.·       Knowledge of welding symbols.·       Use of WPS.

6. Safety

·       Compliance with occupationalsafety regulations.·       Use of required protectiveequipment (welding shield, gloves, clothing).·       Compliance with fire safetyrules.

7. Required experience

·       At least 1–2 years of relevantwelding experience.·       Preferred: experience in massproduction.·       Ability to work independently.
