- Set up and operate welding machines and equipment, including TIG and MIG welders.
- Perform hand welding and assembly processes with precision and attention to detail.
- Interpret and follow blueprints and engineering drawings to ensure accurate fabrication.
- Conduct quality inspections of completed welds and components to meet industry standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to company safety protocols.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of welding experience
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in hand welding, TIG welding, and automatic welding techniques
- Skills and Competencies: Familiar with sheet metal processes and heat treatment technology
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in various conditions, including exposure to heat and noise
