Job Description
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of wedding planning.
- Meet with clients to determine their needs and preferences.
- Develop budgets and timelines for events.
- Source and liaise with vendors such as caterers, florists, and venues.
- Ensure smooth execution of events on the wedding day.
- Provide creative ideas and solutions to enhance the wedding experience.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or related field.
- Experience Level: 2-5 years in event planning, particularly weddings.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Coordinate all aspects of wedding planning, liaise with vendors, and manage the budget.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, may require evening and weekend hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Creative, organized, and personable, with strong problem-solving skills.
- With valid passport.
- Willing to work in Qatar.
