What you will do

Software Development: Develop, test, and maintain software applications with minimal supervision while ensuring high-quality, maintainable, and efficient code.

Application Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver software solutions that meet business and technical requirements.

System Design: Participate in architectural and technical design discussions to build scalable, reliable, and efficient software applications.

Code Quality: Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code while following coding standards and software development best practices.

Code Reviews and Collaboration: Participate in code reviews, share technical knowledge with team members, and contribute to improving overall code quality and development processes.

Performance and Troubleshooting: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects, bugs, and performance bottlenecks to ensure optimal application performance and stability.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with emerging technologies, programming languages, frameworks, and industry best practices to continuously improve software solutions and development efficiency.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, QA, Infrastructure, and other business teams to successfully deliver software projects and enhancements.

Technology Awareness: Stay informed about emerging technologies, software development trends, and best practices to continuously improve technical capabilities.

Compliance and Security: Ensure software applications comply with company standards, security requirements, and eTap's safety, security, and information security policies.

Other Duties: Perform other job-related responsibilities as assigned while supporting team objectives and organizational goals.
