• Monitor and operate the STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) machinery and equipment to ensure efficient and safe operation.
• Conduct regular inspections of the plant to identify potential issues and perform routine maintenance as necessary.
• Record operational data and prepare reports for management on plant performance and compliance.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving operational problems to maintain continuous plant operations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus.
• Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a similar role or related field.
• Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and management.
• Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to perform physical tasks associated with plant operations, including lifting and moving equipment.
