Initiate and cooperate the practice of 5's warehouse policy.
Receiving of materials, loading/unloading of tools in the warehouse.
Observe and ensure proper and safe filling of tools during receiving/loading.
Participate inventory of supplies, material and tools when needed.
Ensure/check documents for thoroughness and completeness to all supplies, material and tools to be deliver in the warehouse.
Ensure all reference documents will deliver according to process.
Coordinate with the Supervisor on the materials to be load/unload to be delivered and transfer to the warehouse and ensure the completeness of the documents.
Coordinate with the Supervisor for any changes that could affect delivery schedule of the materials.
Report any discrepancies during loading and unloading of deliveries.
Receive and process warehouse stock materials (pick, unload, label, store).
Communicate and cooperate with the supervisors and co-workers.
Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment.
Follow quality service standard and comply with the procedures, rules and regulation.
Perform other duties related as required or assigned by the management.

Job Title: Warehouse Assistant
Educational Qualifications: At least a bachelor's degree.
Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience preferred.
Skills and Competencies: Heavy lifting, flexibility, computer literacy, inventory control, problem-solving, reliability, adherence to safety regulations, warehousing, organizational skills, and effective communication.
Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in inventory management, ensure safety protocols, support lifting operations, and maintain an organized warehouse.
