- Manage and train warehouse personnel, facilitating staff coaching sessions.
- Coordinate logistics and inventory management effectively.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and protocols.
- Optimize warehouse processes to enhance productivity and organization.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in heavy lifting, organized, and financially literate
- Qualities and Traits: Flexible and capable of handling personnel effectively
- Skills and Competencies: Experience with staff coaching and competency in Excel
