Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in any business-related course or equivalent
• At least 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or a related field
• Knowledgeable in ERP systems and inventory control processes
• Familiar with HVAC materials, tools, and equipment
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
• Good communication and coordination skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the receiving, storage, and issuance of HVAC materials, tools, and equipment
• Maintain accurate inventory records using the ERP system
• Conduct regular inventory counts and stock reconciliation
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment requirements
• Prepare warehouse and inventory reports
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and safekeeping of warehouse items
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and project teams regarding material requirements
