Duties and Responsibilities

Supervise and lead warehouse staff in daily operations.

• Assign tasks and monitor employee performance to ensure productivity targets are met.
• Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock audits.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, with supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse management procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
