Description
- Supervise daily warehouse operations and manage team performance.
- Ensure efficient order fulfillment and accurate inventory management.
- Train and onboard new warehouse staff to meet operational standards.
- Implement safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
- Assist in resolving customer inquiries related to inventory and shipment issues.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in warehouse management systems.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
