QUALIFICATIONS:

- At least Senior High School graduate

- 1-2 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in a supervisory or team leader role.

- Experience in SANITARY section is a must.

- Basic computer literacy (Excel, Word, or inventory systems).

- Proven ability to lead a team in achieving sales targets and maintaining store standards.

- With strong leadership and people management skills
