- Ensure accurate inventory tracking, including cycle counts, stock audits and reconciliations.
- Monitor stock levels to ensure timely replenishment and avoid stockouts.
- Ensure data entry and system updates are accurate and timely.
- Manage returns and damaged goods in accordance with company procedures.
- Act as Officer-In-Charge (OIC) in the absence of the Warehouse Supervisor
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or related field.
- 3-5years experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year of team lead level.
- Experience in cold storage facility and basic knowledge of supply chain management
- With knowledge in ISO 9001:2015 standards
- Experience in inventory reconciliation
- Proficient in using warehouse management system, inventory control system and basic office software
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work in varying temperatures
