- Lead and monitor warehouse staff to ensure productivity and efficiency
- Ensure proper inventory management and accurate stock records
- Conduct regular inventory checks and cycle counts
- Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and procedures
- Ensure proper handling and storage of materials to prevent damage or loss
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on warehouse operations
- Train, guide, and evaluate warehouse personnel
- Coordinate with other departments (production, purchasing, logistics) for smooth operations
- Address operational issues and implement corrective actions when necessary
