Role Overview

Support the Manager in overseeing outbound deliveries, inbound shipments, inventory movements, and the proper handling of finished goods, packaging materials, and raw materials.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate and supervise outbound deliveries and assigned pickers
• Ensure items, quantities, and delivery documents are accurate and complete
• Oversee proper loading of items for delivery
• Prepare warehouse requests, expense reports, and related documents
• Supervise receiving of finished goods, packaging materials, and raw materials
• Record and document received items and deliveries
• Maintain physical and digital inventory records
• Update warehouse floor guides and stock mapping
• Assist with inventory counts and daily warehouse planning
• Assist the Manager with vehicle schedules and daily routes
• Coordinate with Admin, Sales, and Events teams regarding warehouse concerns

• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Detail-oriented and accurate in handling inventory and documentation
• Able to supervise warehouse activities and coordinate with different teams
• Knowledgeable in warehouse operations, deliveries, and inventory management
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work full onsite
