Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management, Facilities Management, or a related field
• TESDA certification in housekeeping, janitorial services, or facilities support is an advantage
• At least five years of experience in janitorial or facilities support services
• At least one year of experience in a supervisory role
• Prior exposure to warehouse operations or logistics facilities
• Experience managing cleaning teams in large-scale or industrial environments
• Knowledge of janitorial standards, cleaning chemicals, equipment, and procedures
• Familiarity with warehouse layouts, storage systems, and operational workflows
• Basic understanding of inventory control, material handling, and housekeeping standards in warehouses
• Ability to prepare cleaning schedules, manpower deployment plans, and task checklists
• Knowledge of occupational safety and health standards
• Familiarity with proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals
• Understanding of warehouse safety rules such as traffic management, pedestrian safety, and spill response
• Ability to enforce safety policies and safe work practices

Management and Coordination Skills

• Ability to supervise, train, and evaluate janitorial personnel
• Ability to coordinate cleaning activities with warehouse operations to avoid disruption
• Experience in manpower scheduling and attendance monitoring
• Ability to prepare reports on performance, incidents, and compliance
