We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Supply Chain Supervisor to oversee and optimize our supply chain operations within the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in procurement, inventory management, supplier coordination, and logistics, ensuring the uninterrupted availability of products while maintaining compliance with pharmaceutical standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily supply chain activities, including procurement, inventory control, warehousing, and logistics.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of pharmaceutical products and materials.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-time delivery and cost-effective purchasing.
• Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Regulatory, Quality Assurance, and Finance teams to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
• Analyze supply chain data and prepare reports on inventory, procurement, and operational performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, Good Distribution Practices (GDP), and regulatory requirements.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Lead and develop the supply chain team through coaching and performance management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Pharmacy, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or inventory management, preferably in a pharmaceutical company.
• Proven supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, inventory management, and supply chain best practices.
• Experience using ERP systems and inventory management software.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
