Job description:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/ College Degree
• With at least 1- 2 years’ experience in warehousing or logistics.
• Proven ability to direct and coordinate warehouse operations with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Result oriented with great attention to detail
• Trustworthy
• Direct, coordinate and review work plans for assigned task of team leaders
• Monitor proper utilization of space available and implements good housekeeping
• Directly supervise subordinates in accordance with the company policies in terms of work assignment, performance development, motivation and enforcement of discipline using planning, leading organization and skills to ensure maximum output in line with company objectives.
• Capacity to manage urgent and critical situations
• Identify and monitor to ensure efficient delivery schedules.
