Job Summary:

The RDU Supervisor is the overall in charge of the total receiving and releasing standard operating procedures, document management, and security of docking premises.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensures compliance to the Receiving & Dispatching standards
  • Ensures compliance and validity of the Return to Vendor (RTV) releases, bad order disposal, stock transfers, transfer requests, cartons, etc.
  • Ensure 100% inventory accuracy
  • Monitors the document flow from receiving up to the submission to the Inventory Clerk for timely data entry
  • Scrap and carton management
  • Willing to be assigned at WM Baliuag for the meantime until WM San Rafael becomes operational.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, and Computer Application related courses
  • With at least 1 year work experience in related to warehouse and receiving operations
  • Willing to be assigned temporarily at WM San Fernando or WM Mabalacat and will be transferred to WM Porac once it becomes operational.
