Job Summary

We are looking for an organized and dependable Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and support the efficient movement of goods. This role is responsible for helping maintain inventory accuracy, coordinating daily warehouse activities, and leading the warehouse team to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping
• Coordinate daily priorities and support warehouse staff with task assignments and schedules
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with regular stock counts
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries with internal teams and suppliers
• Monitor warehouse space and organize stock to maximize storage efficiency
• Track daily warehouse operations and prepare basic reports as needed
• Identify opportunities to improve workflow and warehouse processes
• Support staffing coordination to ensure daily operational needs are met
• Follow company policies and operational procedures
• Assist with other warehouse-related duties as needed

Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management preferred
• Experience supervising or leading a team is an advantage
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Basic knowledge of inventory systems or warehouse documentation is a plus

• Reports directly to the Operations Head
