We are seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, preferably with a background in hardware, construction supplies, or building materials. The role ensures efficient inventory management, proper storage, and timely dispatch of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching items
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accuracy of stock records
• Implement proper handling and storage procedures, especially for hardware materials
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies
• Ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards within the warehouse
• Train, guide, and evaluate warehouse staff
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for smooth operations
• Prepare reports on warehouse performance and inventory status

Qualifications:

• At least college level or graduate of any related course
• Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role
• Experience in hardware, construction supplies, or building materials is an advantage
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse procedures
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Willing to work on-site and handle physical tasks when needed
