Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Manages daily, weekly, and monthly logistics, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
• Conducts regular cycle counts and physical inventories to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
• Supervises, coaches, trains, and disciplines warehouse staff to meet productivity quotas.
•  Ensures compliance with health and safety regulations (5S) and maintains a safe, clean warehouse environment.
• Generates daily performance reports and coordinates with other departments, such as logistics or procurement.

QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor’s or College Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• 2–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or logistics.
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office, strong leadership, and effective communication skills. 
• Must be Makati residence or nearby area.
