DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assisting in the daily, hands-on management of warehouse activities (inbound, outbound, inventory) to ensure efficient, safe, and cost-effective operations.
• Leading stock counts, cycle counts, and physical inventories to ensure accurate inventory levels and proper stock rotation
• Assigning tasks to warehouse personnel, supervising daily performance, and identifying training needs or coaching opportunities.
• Enforcing safety protocols, conducting safety checks, and maintaining a clean, organized warehouse environment (5S standards).
• Identifying inefficiencies in workflow and implementing process improvements or digitalization initiatives.
• Preparing and analyzing reports regarding inventory discrepancies, productivity metrics, and equipment maintenance, often using warehouse management software. 

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• 2–4 years in warehouse operations, with previous experience as a warehouse supervisor or senior staff.
• Strong ability to supervise, coach, and delegate tasks to personnel.
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and computer applications (e.g., MS Office).
• Ability to solve operational issues quickly. 
• High School Diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
