Description
- Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
- Manage inventory control, including tracking stock levels and ensuring accuracy in shipments.
- Train, supervise, and evaluate warehouse staff to adhere to safety standards and operating procedures.
- Coordinate with other departments to optimize logistics and improve service delivery.
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations or supervisory roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
