Responsibilities:

• Assist the Warehouse Supervisor in overseeing daily warehouse operations
• Help coordinate receiving, storage, and distribution of goods
• Ensure delivery documents are properly checked and signed upon completion of orders
• Monitor incoming and outgoing items to maintain quality control
• Support inventory management, including physical counts and system updates
• Assist in supervising warehouse personnel and enforcing safety procedures
• Help manage shipping, loading, and unloading of products
• Maintain organized and efficient warehouse processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred)
• At least 1–3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory-related roles
• Experience assisting in supervision of warehouse staff is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
