Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or any related course
• with experience in warehouse or distribution center operations, preferably in a supervisory role
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and materials handling
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements
• Familiarity with safety standards and compliance requirements
• Good communication and coordination skills

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily warehouse and distribution center operations
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and GWP requirements
• Oversee proper handling, loading, and unloading of materials
• Ensure accurate receipt, storage, and issuance of materials
• Monitor and ensure on-time delivery of finished goods
• Review operational reports and implement improvement action plans
• Coordinate with other supervisors to execute operational plans
• Handle and report trade complaints such as shortages, overages, and damages
• Delegate tasks and manage work schedules of warehouse staff
• Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate superior
