Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate of any four-year course, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics Management, or related disciplines
• Previous work experience in distribution, transportation coordination, logistics operations, dispatching, or supply chain support is preferred
• Familiar with delivery planning, shipment monitoring, and movement of goods across different locations
• Knowledgeable in preparing transport documents, delivery records, monitoring sheets, and operational reports
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel for tracking and reporting purposes
• Strong coordination skills and capable of communicating with drivers, warehouse teams, service providers, and internal departments
• Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate records and monitor operational activities effectively
• Able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments within tight timelines
• Possesses problem-solving skills and can respond appropriately to operational concerns
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
• Dependable, organized, and capable of performing tasks with minimal supervision

Job Description

• Support the execution of daily transportation and distribution activities to ensure smooth movement of products and materials
• Coordinate delivery requirements and communicate schedules with concerned teams and personnel
• Monitor outgoing shipments and provide status updates to relevant departments
• Maintain and update logistics records, transportation documents, and operational databases
• Assist in tracking vehicle dispatches, delivery completion, and shipment performance
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel regarding loading schedules, stock transfers, and dispatch requirements
• Address delivery-related concerns and escalate operational issues when necessary
• Prepare logistics summaries, monitoring reports, and transportation-related documentation
• Ensure that all logistics transactions are properly documented and aligned with company procedures
• Provide administrative and operational support to the logistics team to maintain workflow efficiency
• Assist in process monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives within logistics operations
• Carry out other logistics, transport, and supply chain support functions assigned by management
