Description
- Oversee daily warehouse operations and staff performance.
- Ensure efficient receiving, storage, and distribution of products.
- Implement safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
- Train and mentor warehouse team members.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock control.
- Coordinate with logistics for timely deliveries.
- Ensure that orders are accurately processed and shipped according to customer requirements
- Collaborate with managers to resolve any issues related to order fulfillment
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Experience Level: Minimum 3 years in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; proficient in inventory management systems.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee daily warehouse operations, manage staff, ensure safety compliance, and optimize inventory processes.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, may require overtime, and physical activity such as lifting.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, adaptable, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
