The Warehouse Supervisor maintains and oversees the inventory and supplies by receiving, storing and delivering items ensuring the efficient delivery of goods and materials, supervises staff and securing the warehouse both at the main warehouse facility and on site.

• Oversees and coordinates daily warehouse activities such as receiving and storing materials and goods, manages inventory levels, efficient delivery of materials on site
• Uses common warehouse management systems
• Supervises the warehouse staff and its activities
• Sets the shift schedule and daily assignments of the warehouse staffs
• Implements and recommends improvement on warehouse processes and procedures
• Supervises and completes packaging, receiving, and shipping activities
• Tracks in-bound and out-bound inventory
• Coordinates requested supplies or orders with the Purchasing Department
• Makes sure the team adheres to Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) safety regulations
• Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

• Bachelor’s or College Degree in any field
• At least 3 years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar supervisory level position
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations
• Above average skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) applications.
• Proficient in basic and advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, Pivot, Index Match, etc.
• Familiar with construction materials
• Willing to conduct periodical site audits
• With Knowledge in supply chain management
• Extensive exposure to manpower management
