  • Oversee and manage the overall daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storage, issuance, and dispatch of truck and bus spare parts.
  • Ensure proper warehouse organization, housekeeping, and compliance with operational and safety standards.
  • Develop and implement efficient warehouse procedures to improve productivity and operational effectiveness.
  • Supervise warehouse personnel, monitor performance, and ensure proper workforce utilization.
  • Ensures that all prices of parts for sales are within the industry rates.
  • Ensureproper utilization and implementation of ERP and warehouse management systems for accurate inventory tracking and reporting.     
  • Monitor and validate all inventory transactions encoded in the ERP system to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Generate timely inventory, stock movement, and operational reports required by management.
