- Oversee and manage the overall daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storage, issuance, and dispatch of truck and bus spare parts.
- Ensure proper warehouse organization, housekeeping, and compliance with operational and safety standards.
- Develop and implement efficient warehouse procedures to improve productivity and operational effectiveness.
- Supervise warehouse personnel, monitor performance, and ensure proper workforce utilization.
- Ensures that all prices of parts for sales are within the industry rates.
- Ensureproper utilization and implementation of ERP and warehouse management systems for accurate inventory tracking and reporting.
- Monitor and validate all inventory transactions encoded in the ERP system to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Generate timely inventory, stock movement, and operational reports required by management.
