• Manage daily operations of the spare parts department
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels to avoid overstocking or shortages
• Source and order parts from suppliers and manufacturers
• Implement proper storage and labeling of parts
• Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of parts movement
• Coordinate with service and sales teams for parts requirements
• Provide training and supervision to parts staff
• Monitor and improve customer service related to parts inquiries and sales
• Analyze sales data and generate regular reports

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in spare parts management or inventory control (preferably in the motorcycle or automotive industry)
• Knowledge of motorcycle parts and technical specifications
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Familiarity with inventory management systems
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools
