• Manages warehouse operations from receiving, warehousing and dispatching by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, procedures and policies.
• Ensures compliance to local regulation, international standards such as GDP and clients requirements in warehousing and materials handling.
• Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
• Ensures stocks are stored in correct temperature requirement and other specifications to preserve quality.
• Maintains good physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new designs layouts; inspecting equipment; reporting damages and needed repairs. This also covers that all measuring equipment as calibrated/validated on time in coordination with QA Department.
• Manages warehouse personnel job results by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring and appraising performance results.
• Reports to executive management performance results, updates and future plans and targets.
• Completes warehouse deliverables and assigning/assisting staff on accomplish the job.
• Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts and reconciling with system records.
• Warrants all movements are well documented and forwarded to accounting department to ensure all are billed to clients.
• Supervises over-all maintenance of good housekeeping and pest control program in the warehouse.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

WORK EXPERIENCE / SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

·       At least 5 years’ experience in Warehouse Operations.

·       Knowledge in handling pharmaceutical products.

·       Keen to details.

·       Proficiency with MS Office.

·       Complex problem-solving skills.

·       Ability to work well with others.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT: 

·       College Degree of any Business or related courses

·       License or certification as dictated by law to operate heavy machinery.
