Warehouse Manager

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods.
• Manage and supervise warehouse staff to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records and proper documentation.
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and other departments to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Implement and maintain warehouse policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of products to prevent damage or loss.
• Prepare and submit warehouse reports including inventory, deliveries, and operational performance.
• Optimize warehouse space and improve operational processes for efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
• Handle issues related to shipment delays, damaged goods, or inventory discrepancies.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics supervision.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of inventory control systems and warehouse management software.
• Good understanding of health, safety, and warehouse regulations.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and reporting.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with different departments.
• Experience in stock auditing, logistics planning, and warehouse documentation is an advantage.
