Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations and logistics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing warehouse staff, optimizing inventory management, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and improving overall operational efficiency. This role requires a strong understanding of supply chain processes, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Operations Management

• Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
• Develop and implement efficient warehouse layouts and processes to maximize space utilization and workflow efficiency.
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.

Team Leadership

• Recruit, train, and supervise warehouse staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Set performance goals and conduct regular performance evaluations to assess staff productivity and development.
• Provide coaching and support to ensure teams are meeting operational standards.

Logistics Coordination

• Collaborate with Logistics and Supply Chain teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
• Track shipments and deliveries, addressing any logistics issues that may arise.
• Negotiate contracts and rates with freight carriers and suppliers to optimize logistics costs.

Safety and Compliance

• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and guidelines to minimize workplace accidents and injuries.
• Maintain compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular safety training and drills for warehouse staff.

Continuous Improvement

• Analyze warehouse performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement.
• Identify and implement best practices in warehouse management and logistics.
• Stay informed about industry trends and innovations to keep the warehouse operations competitive and efficient.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role in logistics and supply chain management.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management practices.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
• Familiarity with safety standards and regulations in warehouse operations.
• Willing to work on-site in San Simon, Pampanga.
