Description

Manage inventory accuracy through monitoring of daily warehouse activities, cycle counts, stock takes and audit of same to verify results.
Provide detailed inventory reports to management and suggest improvements to inventory control processes.
Coordinate and maintain fleet records for all Hakata Power Machineries heavy equipment as part of inventory management.
Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure business goals are met.
Adhere to and enforce company policies and procedures related to inventory control.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, inventory management, or a relevant field.
Experience Level: No previous experience required, entry-level position.
Skills and Competencies:
- Proven work ethic and integrity.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and systems.
- Familiarity with sales training and after-sales management.
- Competent in managing customer relationships.
- Adept at solving problems efficiently and creatively.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Maintain and update inventory records.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and assessments.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure product availability.
- Coordinate with after-sales for returns and warranty claims.
- Assist in developing inventory management procedures.
Working Conditions: Office-based with occasional warehouse environment exposure. Must be able to lift moderate weights and stand for extended periods.
