WE'RE HIRING! WAREHOUSE SECRETARY

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Secretary to support our daily operations.

Responsibilities:

-Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments

-Coordinate warehouse documentation and filing systems

-Assist with inventory management and reporting

-Support the warehouse manager with scheduling and administrative tasks

-Handle emails, calls, and communication between departments

Requirements:

-Previous experience in an administrative or warehouse role (PREFERRED)

-Strong organizational and communication skills

-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

-High school diploma or equivalent
