Warehouse Assistant

The Assistant Warehouse Supervisor supports daily warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring accurate inventory management, timely dispatch of goods, and compliance with company standards and food safety regulations. The role includes coordinating deliveries, supervising warehouse personnel, conducting GMP checks, monitoring assets, and preparing operational reports to maintain efficient warehouse performance.

Qualifications:

• College graduate
• Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple operational tasks
• Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in supervising daily warehouse and dispatch operations.
• Coordinate deliveries to ensure timely and accurate dispatch.
• Monitor finished goods inventory and stock levels.
• Supervise warehouse staff and ensure compliance with SOPs.
• Conduct GMP audits and maintain food safety standards.
• Monitor warehouse assets and inventory movements.
• Prepare reports on inventory, deliveries, and warehouse operations.
• Support continuous improvement and perform other assigned duties.
