Job Summary

Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory and shipment records, processing orders, preparing reports, and supporting daily warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Update inventory, shipment, and order records in the ERP system.

• Process orders and generate picklists.

• Prepare warehouse reports and documentation.

• Monitor shipments and resolve discrepancies

• Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

- Preferably FEMALE

- At least college level (2 years) or graduate of 2-year vocational course/associate diploma

- Required: TOR / Good Moral / Diploma / Certificate of Graduation

- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.

- Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

- Good communication and teamwork skills
