Job Description

To be assigned to one section:

• Base/Line Maintenance
• Dispatch
• Main Warehouse

Qualifications

• Familiar in basic warehousing process; receiving, issuance, and returns
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Associate course with diploma or graduate of any four (4) years course

Base/Line Maintenance

Responsible for processing inbound receiving, documentation, and transactions related to documentation and reporting of newly arrived parts.

Inbound:

• Receive all transferred materials from KN warehouse with accuracy on the quantity and certificate attached

Reporting of Incoming Materials:

• Provide transparency on all received materials on a daily basis

Documentation:

• Proper filing of pick ticket and readily available upon request

Binning:

• Segregation of material per work package or per customer stocks
• Monitoring of all manually issued materials
• Issued consumable materials

Dispatch

Responsible for ensuring that necessary preparations and documentation prior to dispatch of materials for shipping are complete.

• Readiness of shipping box and crates: To fabricate and source applicable shipping container
• To receive incoming ITDs and scanned once picked up
• Shipments ready for pick up should be loaded into truck
• Assist in finding some cushion materials to be used in packaging

Main Warehouse

Responsible for processing inbound receiving, documentation, and transactions related to documentation and reporting of newly arrived parts.

Documentation:

• Scanning of goods receipt number (GRN), ARC, and COCs
• Transmittal of GRN to finance and filing all received GRN
• To provide operations, quality, and customer-requested release certificate
• To receive and account all incoming shipment

Outbound Shipment:

• Picking of requested materials

Put Away:

• To bin all inspected parts with proper serviceable label and ARC and COC
