- Accurately enter customer orders into the company's system.
- Verify order details for accuracy and completeness
- Coordinate with warehouse and shipping teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Track order status and provide updates to customers.
- Prepare shipping documents and labels.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, shipping, and returns.
- Address customer issues and resolve problems related to orders
- Processing of DR in System
- Filing of Documents
- Confirming accuracy of orders and closing in system
- Lead and be responsible with System Related transactions
- Pulling orders from MP Platform
- Computer Literate
- Experience in SAP is an advantage
- High school diploma or suitable equivalent
- 1+ years work experience in a similar role
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to work harmoniously with diverse range of people
- Proficient with using tools required for this position
- Physically agile and dexterous
- Proficient organizational skills
