Warehouse Assistant

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Warehouse Personnel to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience in warehouse operations and is proficient in Microsoft Excel and warehouse/inventory systems. This role involves inventory management, data entry, stock monitoring, and ensuring accurate warehouse records.

Key Responsibilities

-Prepare and dispatch outgoing orders accurately.

-Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.

-Update inventory using Microsoft Excel and the company's warehouse management system.

-Perform regular inventory counts and stock reconciliation.

-Generate inventory and warehouse reports.

Ensure proper storage and organization of warehouse items.

-Maintain cleanliness and safety within the warehouse.

- Other tasks may be assigned of his superior from time to time

Qualifications

-Vocational graduate, or college level (preferred).

-Experience in warehouse operations is an advantage.

-Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, sorting, filtering, WMS and QEP system

-Familiar with inventory or warehouse management systems.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Honest, responsible, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

Advanced Excel knowledge.

Experience with ERP or inventory management software.
