Responsibilities

• Receive, check, and unload incoming deliveries
• Inspect items for damage and verify quantity against delivery documents
• Organize and store products in designated warehouse locations
• Prepare, pick, and pack orders for delivery or dispatch
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, including stock movements and balances
• Assist in regular inventory counts and audits
• Ensure proper labeling and handling of all items
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe at all times
• Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) if needed
• Coordinate with other departments regarding stock availability and delivery schedules
• Follow company policies, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures
• Report any discrepancies, damages, or issues to the supervisor immediately

Job Requirements

• At least High School Graduate or Vocational Graduate
• With or without experience in warehouse operations; experience is an advantage
• Basic knowledge in inventory handling, receiving, storing, and releasing of goods
• Physically fit and able to lift, carry, and move heavy items when needed
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
• Able to follow instructions, procedures, and safety guidelines
• Team player with a strong work ethic and reliability
• Willing to work in shifting schedules, overtime, or field assignments if required
• Trustworthy and responsible in handling company assets and inventory
